Ingredients

  • 1 jar organic butter beans
  • 1 clove of garlic, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Organic Grass-Fed Beef Fat
  • 1 pouch Organic Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan on a medium heat, fry off the chopped onion until translucent, then add the garlic and the butter beans for 2 minutes. Next add the paprika and mixed herbs and allow the beans and onion to infuse in the spices for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the tomato puree and mix into the beans so they’re well incorporated before adding in the tin of chopped tomatoes and the pouch of Organic Beef Bone Broth. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Let the brothy beans bubble away for around 10 minutes or until thickened into a nice consistency. Just before turning the heat off, add in the Worcestershire Sauce and the pepper.
  4. Once finished cooking, season to taste and sprinkle over the parsley to serve.
