Ingredients

Grass-Fed Organic Beef Bone Broth

Instructions

  1. Cook down 500g of onion, carrot, celery and broccoli with garlic until onions start to melt.
  2. Add 250g pack of Waitrose game casserole mix and seal.
  3. Add 400g tin of tomatoes, 1 pack of beef bone broth and 200ml red wine along with 2 or 3 sprigs of thyme.
  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for at least 1 hour.
  5. Season to taste and add some fresh basil etc
  6. Serve with pasta, rice, roast vegetables or whatever you fancy.
