The Germans add bone broth to potato salad dressings – tastes delicious and rich flavour AND adds some collagen to keep your gut lining healthy, as well as delivering lots of resistant starch from the cold potatoes which feed good bacteria in your gut – to help weight, immune system, mental health, and skin.

Free-Range Organic Chicken Bone Broth

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes into thin circles and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Heat the broth as per back of packaging
  3. Mix together the onion, mustard, oil, vinegar, broth and salt with a fork, then add this to the potatoes and let it soak in.
