

Birthday Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Beef Fat
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 tsp dried chilli
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 400g organic beef mince
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin black beans
- 400g cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips (we like blanco nino)
- Handful jalapenos jarred
- 250g guacamole
- 250g sour cream
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 pouch Borough Broth Grass-Fed Organic Beef Bone Broth
Instructions
- Put a deep pan on a medium to high heat and add the beef fat
- Add the onion and cook until translucent, then add the garlic
- Add in all of the spices and cook until fragrant
- Add in the beef mince and break down in the pan and cook until browned
- Stir in the beef broth and the tinned tomatoes and season well
- Cook for 40 minutes on low until the chilli has thickened
- Add in the black beans and cook for a further five minutes. Now your chilli is done.
- On a heatproof tray, add the tortilla chips and spread evenly
- Add a layer of chilli on top and sprinkle over the grated cheese
- Put under the grill for on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden
