  • Head of Procurement

    Location: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days per week on site at our Greenford Site.

    Reporting to: Finance Director

    Role Overview: We are looking for a commercially sharp and strategically minded Head of Procurement to lead our sourcing and supply chain function. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth through strong supplier relationships, smart procurement decisions, and future-focused planning, all aligned with our sustainable ethos.
    Suppliers are not just vendors to us, they are essential partners in our mission. This role is about building and nurturing collaborative relationships that go beyond transactions, and creating a procurement function that is strategic, responsive, and values-driven.
    You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the business, contributing to major projects including our new production site and the launch of innovative new products.

  • Technical Manager

    Location: 5 days per week on site at our Greenford site

    Reporting to: Operations Director

    Salary: 50K - 65K depending on experience

    Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day technical operation and help us raise the bar across food safety, quality and compliance.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Borough Broth at a genuine point of change. Depending on when you join, our factory move may already be underway or complete. Either way, you will have real freedom to shape how technical, food safety and quality standards are embedded and delivered across the site.

    A major focus of the role will be driving our journey from SALSA to BRCGS certification, developing our Quality Management System and ensuring we build an audit-ready culture where high standards are part of how we operate every day — not simply paperwork for audit time.

    We are not looking for someone to simply maintain a technical function. We want someone who can identify where we can be better, bring people with them and put their stamp on how Technical operates at Borough Broth.
