Chocolate Fudge Smoothie

You can also enjoy this as a hot drink; just blend and then heat in a small pan with a little water to make it a more “drinkable” consistency.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tsp miso paste
  • ½ cup hazelnut milk (we used Innocent)
  • 1 tbsp lucuma
  • 1 ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • ¾ tsp maple syrup
  • 2 dates (or dried figs work too)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (we used Meridian Organic Almond Butter)
  • 250g Borough Broth Free-Range Organic Chicken Bone Broth

Instructions

  1. Pop all your ingredients into a smoothie blender such as a nutribullet or similar and blend on high.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings such as fresh fruit, seeds, granola or nut butter.
