Everyday Chicken and Sweetcorn Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 nest of dried noodles
- 100g mushrooms, cooked & sliced
- 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 1 can of sweetcorn
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 boiled egg
- 250g chicken, cooked & sliced
- 400g (1 pouch) Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- To begin, prepare the mushrooms by cooking them and then slicing and soaking them in tamari soy sauce.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and add to a large bowl.
- Place another large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute before pouring over the noodles.
- Then add a few slices of your cooked chicken to the broth, followed by the mushrooms, sweetcorn, spring onions and egg.
- Finish by sprinkling some chilli flakes over the top and serve. Simply delicious!
