Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Our customers regularly asked us how to transform our broths into homemade ramens – so we’ve done the hard work for you! This Tonkotsu Ramen (which means “pork bones” in Japanese) is created in our London kitchen so you can make super quick and delicious Japanese-inspired ramen at home. Simply add your choice of noodles and toppings to create your masterpiece.
Made using the highest quality organic ingredients, including pork bones from high-welfare British organic farms, British spring water– never tap, organic onion, pink Himalayan salt and seasonally sourced organic apples. The broth is seasoned with a ‘shio tare’ of salt, whole spices and balsamic reduction, making this a unique and delicious European twist on a Japanese classic.
This broth comes in 400g pouches – perfect for one large or two smaller bowls.

Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source
Organic Pork Bones
We work with Soil Association suppliers to source all of our ethically reared grass-fed pork. We use organic feed and avoid unnecessary medicines or antibiotics
Organic Shiitake Mushrooms
We use organic shiitake mushrooms, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Organic Garlic
We use organic garlic, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar from Somerset that contains the nutrient-rich mother then some other words here so that all the paragraphs look balanced
Organic Ginger
We use organic ginger, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
This balsamic vinegar has been protected as a geographical indication (GI) since 2009. This status confirms that the vinegar is a Made in Italy product and is subject to strict production specifications.

Cooking Instructions
Hob: Pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.
Microwave: Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave for 1 min before sipping.

Storage Info
Your broths will be delivered chilled.
You can cook them straight from the box, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive or, alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.
Please always check the use by date.
After freezing, defrost fully in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, it is extremely hard for us to recall it or delay delivery, due to the nature of our broths being delivered chilled. There must be somebody in to accept delivery on the chosen delivery date and, if not, then the broths are left in a safe space by our courier as they cannot be taken away and re-delivered at a later date.

Lovely tasting broth- I just add veg and protein and have a soup ready to go in 5 mins. Also great to sip on like a drink. Much preferred way to ensure collagen protein intake rather than tablets!
