NEW AND IMPROVED RECIPE

We’ve redeveloped this aromatic broth, working closely with Vietnamese chef Uyen Luu to bring even more depth, balance and authenticity to every bowl. Gently infused with shio koji, ginger and star anise, it’s designed to be the perfect base for Vietnamese-style soups with real warmth and complexity.

Simply add rice noodles, your choice of meat or vegetables, fresh herbs, a splash of fish sauce and a dash of sriracha. The result is comforting, fragrant and full of flavour.

Each 400g pouch is the perfect size for a generous, warming bowl.

Ingredients

Shio Koji

Shio koji is a traditional Japanese seasoning made by fermenting rice with koji culture, salt and water, resulting in a deeply umami paste.

Star Anise

Star anise helps to give Pho is aromatic flavour, creating a warming and complex and authentic broth.

Spring Water

The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source

Organic Chicken

We work with Soil Association suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. We use organic feed and avoid unnecessary medicines or antibiotics

Organic Carrots

We use organic carrots, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Organic Onions

We grill the organic onions before adding them to the pho, which helps to add a complexity and depth to the broth, a crucial step for authentic pho.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar from Somerset that contains the nutrient-rich mother.

Organic Ginger

We use organic ginger, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Coriander

We use organic coriander, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Cooking Instructions

Hob: Pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.

Microwave: Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave for 1 min before sipping.

Storage Info

Your broths will be delivered chilled.

You can cook them straight from the box, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive or, alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.

Delivery & Returns

We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.

We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.

Once your order has been placed and dispatched, it is extremely hard for us to recall it or delay delivery, due to the nature of our broths being delivered chilled. There must be somebody in to accept delivery on the chosen delivery date and, if not, then the broths are left in a safe space by our courier as they cannot be taken away and re-delivered at a later date.

Lovely broth, severely delayed delivery
It shouldn't take 2 weeks to arrive when the website says a couple of days. This is very disappointing when the product is delicious.

Super Tasty Broth
This broth arrived promptly and was well packaged.
The broth had a great taste and we really liked it.
It has a very good taste, different from the beef broth we also ordered and was enjoyed.
