Low FODMAP Chicken Bone Broth
This onion free, low FODMAP broth is ideal for those on the AIP, SCD and low FODMAP protocols. Our chicken broth is made using free-range organic British chicken bones slow-cooked for 24-hours. Made with a recipe containing 40% bones, this is a deep and rich broth with an umami hit. Sip from a mug, slurp from a bowl of noodles or splash into your favourite recipes as a stock.
The bones in our broths are collagen-rich so may not be suitable for those avoiding gelatine.
This broth comes in 324g pouches – perfect for a hearty mug of broth or to use in your home cooking.

Ingredients

Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source
Organic Chicken Bones
We work with Soil Association suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. We use organic feed and avoid unnecessary medicines or antibiotics
Organic Carrots
We use whole organic carrots, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar from Somerset that contains the nutrient-rich mother then some other words here so that all the paragraphs look balanced

Cooking Instructions
Hob: Pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.
Microwave: Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave for 1 min before sipping.

Storage Info
Your broths will be delivered chilled.
You can cook them straight from the box, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive or, alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.
Please always check the use by date.
After freezing, defrost fully in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, it is extremely hard for us to recall it or delay delivery, due to the nature of our broths being delivered chilled. There must be somebody in to accept delivery on the chosen delivery date and, if not, then the broths are left in a safe space by our courier as they cannot be taken away and re-delivered at a later date.

I do love the low for chicken bone broth. I thought it wouldn't be as tasty as the normal chicken broth but it is! The only issue I have had is that my last two orders were one pouch short. This issue was resolved very swiftly.

Tasty and comforting! Arrived on time. Keep in freezer and defrost over night. Great in stews and pho dishes, or just to drink on its own.
