Gyoza in Tonkotsu Broth

Ingredients
- 1 serving gyoza, steamed, boiled or fried as per the packet instructions
- 1 handful of mangetout
- 1 handful of edamame
- 1 red chilli (to taste)
- 1 tsp tamari sauce
- 450g (1 pouch) Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- Steam, fry or boil the gyoza according to the packet instructions (and your preference).
- While the gyozas are cooking, place a large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute before pouring into your serving bowl.
- Add the gyoza to the broth, followed by the mangetout and edamame.
- Then top with the fresh red chilli and finish with adding some tamari over the top, to taste.
