Gyoza in Tonkotsu Broth

Our Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth is not just for noodles! This simple 6 ingredient recipe heroes gyoza, with a mix of some healthy greens for colour and nutrients to make this perfect lunch or light dinner. We used frozen gyoza, which can be found in most supermarkets to create this super-quick, flavourful soup.

Instructions

  1. Steam, fry or boil the gyoza according to the packet instructions (and your preference).
  2. While the gyozas are cooking, place a large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute before pouring into your serving bowl.
  3. Add the gyoza to the broth, followed by the mangetout and edamame.
  4. Then top with the fresh red chilli and finish with adding some tamari over the top, to taste.
