Ingredients
- 1 courgetti or low-carb noodles
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 blanched pak choi
- 1 ramen egg
- 100g pork belly
- 1/2 red chilli, sliced
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 tbsp ghee (we’ve used turmeric ghee)
- 450g (1 pouch) Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- Place a large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute.
- In a large bowl, add the courgetti and pour the tonkotsu broth over. Add the ghee into the hot broth and stir in to melt.
- Next, add the bean sprouts, blanched pak choi, ramen egg and top with a few slices of pork belly.
- Then sprinkle over some fresh red chilli and some coriander to serve.
