Looking for the perfect keto ramen recipe? Combine our heavenly Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth with some keto essentials for a flavourful meal. We’ve used courgetti for the noodles and added turmeric ghee, but feel free to swap for low-carb noodles and your fat of choice to create this low-carb, high-fat nutritional bowl.

Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth

Instructions

  1. Place a large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute.
  2. In a large bowl, add the courgetti and pour the tonkotsu broth over. Add the ghee into the hot broth and stir in to melt.
  3. Next, add the bean sprouts, blanched pak choi, ramen egg and top with a few slices of pork belly.
  4. Then sprinkle over some fresh red chilli and some coriander to serve.
