

Smash Burgers
Ingredients
- 400g organic beef mince
- 200g cheddar cheese in slices
- Handful of gherkins, sliced
- 6 organic burger buns
- 1 tbsp organic beef fat
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the mince generously with salt and pepper and mix together
- Form the mince into 8 equal balls and flatten slightly
- On a griddle pan, add the beef fat
- Once sizzling, add one of the burger balls and flatten down so the patty is thin
- Cook until brown and sizzling, then flip over to the other side and cook for a few more minutes
- Add on a slice of the cheese to the patty and cook until melted
- Remove from the pan and add the patty to a sliced burger bun
- Top with a gherkin and enjoy with a pot of our homemade gravy on the side for dunking
