Spicy Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 portion ramen noodles
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 small handful, coriander
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 200g tofu
- 1 ramen egg (or medium-boiled egg), halved
- 450g (1 pouch) Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- In a large pan, cook the noodles according to the packet instructions and add to a large bowl.
- Place another large pan on the hob, add the Tonkotsu broth and bring to a boil. Once heated through, turn off the heat and leave for one minute before pouring over the noodles.
- Next add the tofu, ramen egg and bean sprouts.
- Then add a small amount of coriander, 2 tbsps of chilli oil, a handful of fresh red chilli and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve.
