L.A Brewery
L.A Brewery create a refreshing range of kombucha drinks inspired by founder Louise Avery’s love of foraging for natural ingredients and dedication to the art of creating beautifully flavoured drinks.
Brewed, fermented and bottled at their micro-brewery in Suffolk, their kombucha is infused with flowers, fruits, herbs and botanicals to create gently sparkling drinks with rich and complex flavour profiles.

Single Variety Co make great tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams, showcasing the flavour of one single variety of fruit or chilli.
Featuring a higher amount of fruit and less sugar than a traditional jam and with a focus on ingredients and sourcing. Look out for their special seasonal flavours, which are only available while that fruit is at its best.
The Pickle House
In 2014, Hackney-based The Pickle House set out to create a pickle juice that was specifically made to enjoy with cocktails and smoothies, rather than using leftover brine from a jar of pickles! After many months spent crafting the perfect recipe, they launched their Original Pickle Juice, quickly followed with their Spiced Tomato Mix, the perfect Bloody Mary ingredient.
