This is one of our richest flavoured broths. Made using 100% organic, grass-fed lamb bones, carefully sourced from organic British farms, this 24-hour slow-cooked broth is made with a recipe containing 40% bones, guaranteeing a meaty umami depth to every single batch.

Your broth will be delivered frozen. Once received, please store in the freezer.

Spring Water, Organic Lamb Bones, Organic Carrots, Organic Onions, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Black Peppercorns, Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Rosemary, Organic Bay Leaves.
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Lamb Bones
Our organic lamb bones are sourced from a single farm in Somerset. All the lamb is grass-fed and pastured on soil association certified land.
We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.

We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
We use whole, organic rosemary, never powders, extracts or essences.
