Made using free-range, 100% organic British Chicken bones and British spring water, this two-star Great Taste Award-winning broth is a celebrated customer favourite. Lovingly created in small batches in our London kitchen, our recipe features at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs and a touch of carefully selected seasonings. Slowly simmered for 24-hours to gently extract all the flavour and nutrients, our chicken broth guarantees a deeply rich, comforting umami hit in every single batch.

Ingredients

Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Chicken Bones
We work with Soil Association organic suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. They are fed organic feed and are not given any unnecessary medicines or antibiotics.
Organic Carrots
We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Onions
We always use whole organic onions, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that we source onions locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.
Organic Black Peppercorns
We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
Organic Whole Thyme
We use whole, organic thyme leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).

"Very delicious chicken broth. I have ordered it twice now. The first time was because I do extended fasting periodically and bone broth is a recommended way to break a fast safely. I had a cup of broth followed by a small avocado salad a little later and so the broth tasted amazing after a long water fast with no food. Very comforting. Love that it is all fresh organic ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Takes up space in my freezer but if it could be kept in a cupboard it would need preservatives adding so having it delivered frozen and keeping it frozen is worth it. Felt like the flavour not quite as deep and rich with the second batch ordered but that could be my tastebuds were very sensitive after my fast the first time around. But would definitely recommend."

Hello, I cannot fault the flavour, however most people go to bone broth due to gut issues, some of the ingredients in this are too harsh for people with real gut problems. I would prefer a plainer option, sadly lacking.

Very delicious chicken broth. I have ordered it twice now. The first time was because I do extended fasting periodically and bone broth is a recommended way to break a fast safely. I had a cup of broth followed by a small avocado salad a little later and so the broth tasted amazing after a long water fast with no food. Very comforting. Love that it is all fresh organic ingredients with no additives or preservatives. Takes up space in my freezer but if it could be kept in a cupboard it would need preservatives adding so having it delivered frozen and keeping it frozen is worth it. Felt like the flavour not quite as deep and rich with the second batch ordered but that could be my tastebuds were very sensitive after my fast the first time around. But would definitely recommend.
