Our customers regularly asked us how to transform our broths into homemade ramens – so we’ve done the hard work for you! This Tonkotsu Ramen (which means “pork bones” in Japanese) is created in our London kitchen so you can make super quick and delicious Japanese-inspired ramen at home. Simply add your choice of noodles and toppings to create your masterpiece.
Made using the highest quality organic ingredients, including pork bones from high-welfare British organic farms, British spring water– never tap, organic onion, pink Himalayan salt and seasonally sourced organic apples. The broth is seasoned with a ‘shio tare’ of salt, whole spices and balsamic reduction, making this a unique and delicious European twist on a Japanese classic.
This broth comes in 400g pouches – perfect for one large or two smaller bowls. Your broth will be delivered frozen. Once received, please store it in the freezer.

The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Pork Bones
Our pork bones are sourced from British, organic farms with the highest welfare standards.
We always use whole organic mushrooms, no extracts or powders.
We always use whole organic apples, no extracts or powders. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we source as locally as possible bearing in mind seasonality.
We always use whole organic onions, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that we source onions locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
We use whole organic ginger, never powders, extracts or essences.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
Organic Balsamic Reduction
Instead of using misos, rice wines and vinegars, and soy sauce we have chosen to use organic balsamic reduction, an ingredient that balances flavour but is European in origin to give our ramen broths a local provenance.Contains: Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P (Organic Cooked & Concentrated Grape Must, Organic Wine Vinegar), Organic Concentrated Grape Must, Organic Corn Starch

"Great broth for a quick and healthy meal. We added prawns, noodles, egg and veg to the broth to make a meal from this and it was delicious. The flavour of the broth was subtle but had a great taste. I would buy this again - it makes two portions of Ramen and turns simple ingredients into a wholesome meal."
