Sweet and Spicy Pork Ramen

This recipe is so easy to make and tastes absolutely incredible, the pork flavour is so rich it’s absolutely next level. Serves: 1 large or 2 small bowls
Cooking time: 10 minutes


1 clove garlic, minced

1 thumb ginger, minced

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 pack pork mince

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons chinese five spice

1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes

1 tablespoon honey

1 pouch Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen broth


  1. Get sesame oil hot and sauté minced garlic and ginger and cook for a few mins before adding your pork.
  2. When your pork is brown and most of the juices are cooked out, add your soy sauce, five spice, chilli flakes and honey and cook through for another few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with udon noodles, pak choi, cucumber, spring onion, a soft boiled egg and your hot tonkotsu broth!
