1 pack pork mince
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons chinese five spice
1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon honey
This Tonkotsu Ramen (which means “pork bones” in Japanese) is a tasty shio ramen base, created in our London kitchen so you can make super quick and delicious Japanese-inspired ramens at home. Simply add your favourite noodles, courgetti or even pasta, any protein and favourite vegetables, then toppings - anything from fresh chilli, herbs, a boiled egg or spring onions.
