Whether sipped from a mug, slurped from a bowl of noodles or splashed into your favourite recipes as a stock, you’ll be amazed how much a proper traditional broth can add flavour to your home-cooked meals. This is slow food, fast.
This broth comes in 324g pouches – perfect for a hearty mug of broth or to use in your home cooking.
Your broth will be delivered frozen. Once received, please store in the freezer.

Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Duck Bones
Bones from ethically reared, free-range ducks. They are fed organic feed and are not given any unnecessary medicines or antibiotics.
Organic Carrots
We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Onions
We always use whole organic onions, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that we source onions locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.
Organic Black Peppercorns
We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.
Organic Star Anise
We use beautiful, whole organic star anise to add the perfect aniseed aroma to our broth.
Organic Whole Thyme
We use whole, organic thyme leaves (never powders, extracts or essences).
