A supersized 1kg pouch of our award-winning Free-Range Organic Chicken Bone Broth. Made using free-range, 100% organic British Chicken bones and British spring water, this two-star Great Taste Award-winning broth is a celebrated customer favourite. Lovingly created in small batches in our London kitchen, our recipe features at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs and a touch of carefully selected seasonings. Slowly simmered for 24-hours to gently extract all the flavour and nutrients, our chicken broth guarantees a deeply rich, comforting umami hit in every single batch.
This broth comes in 1kg resealable pouches so you’ll always have some broth on hand ready to splash into a recipe as a stock, or heat in a mug whenever you need a hit of nutritious broth. Try in a bowl of ramen, rich gravy or to give delicious depth to sauces.

Ingredients
Spring Water, Organic Chicken Bones, Organic Carrots, Organic Onions, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Black Peppercorns, Pink Himalayan Salt.
Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source.
Organic Chicken Bones
We work with Soil Association organic suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. They are fed organic feed and are not given any unnecessary medicines or antibiotics.
Organic Carrots
We always use whole organic carrots, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that our carrots are sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Onions
We always use whole organic onions, no extracts or powders. We always ensure that we source onions locally when in season and, when out of season, we source from the nearest available countries with a focus on limiting our carbon footprint.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar that contains the nutrient-rich mother.
Organic Black Peppercorns
We use ethically sourced organic whole black peppercorns.
Pink Himalayan Salt
High in mineral content, we use fine, pink Himalayan salt to season our broths. Not a lot, just a little.

"The chicken bone broth is excellent but I have had so many issues of leaking packets. It’s a waste of an expensive product and requires a fridge clean each time. I now defrost in a bowl, but I’m not a fan of the packaging at all."

"The stock is delicious. I drink it daily and it is very tasty and hearty. I buy it in the large packs and occasionally the pack splits and leaks so I always leave it in a tray in the fridge just in case."
