Sweet and Spicy Pork Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 thumb ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pack pork mince
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chinese five spice
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 400g (1 pouch) Borough Broth Organic Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- Get sesame oil hot and sauté minced garlic and ginger and cook for a few mins before adding your pork.
- When your pork is brown and most of the juices are cooked out, add your soy sauce, five spice, chilli flakes and honey and cook through for another few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with udon noodles, pak choi, cucumber, spring onion, a soft boiled egg and your hot tonkotsu broth!
