We’ve listened to our customer feedback and, from January 2024, our delicious broths will be delivered to your door chilled instead of frozen.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

We’re giving you flexibility!

By moving away from frozen, you can now cook our delicious broths straight from the box.  You can also pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive and, with their long chilled shelf life, you’ll have plenty of time to use them. Alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR OUR BROTHS?

There’s absolutely no change at all! There is no difference in quality or any reduction in health benefits. It’s the same nutritious, sumptuous broth as always.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR US?

We’ve worked hard to implement this change in response to our customer feedback and there are some great benefits for us as a company too! Biggest benefit for us is that it means we can reduce our energy consumption as we are not unnecessarily freezing the product down – good for you, good for us, good for the environment – it’s win-win-win!
