4: MEXICAN

At number 4 we have Mexican food. For our brothified Mexican recipe we've picked a fun Nachos Rancheros snack. These nachos feature smokey, sweet beef cooked in nutrient-rich, organic beef bone broth on a bed of pitta chips. It's topped with cheese and finished off with sour cream, guacamole and tomato salsa.

Coming in at number 3 is Japanese food. Udon noodles have become a growing in popularity in the UK, so we've picked this nourishing Beef Ramen recipe featuring thick, delicious udon (but you can use whichever noodles you fancy). Simple to make and works brilliantly as a nutritious dinner.
