Apple Miso Broth
This is our first ‘boneless’ broth and it took us years to perfect the recipe. We’ve used apples in this savoury broth, not only for their amazing flavour but also for the pectin content, which is said to have similar benefits to gelatin on the gut.
Made with British organic seaweed, organic brown rice miso and organic apples. We’ve also added ginger and turmeric with black pepper.
Due to the nature of the organic seaweed in this product, this pack may contain a trace amount of molluscs and/or crustaceans.
This broth comes in 324g pouches – perfect for a hearty mug of broth or to use in your home cooking.

Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source
Seaweed
We use seaweed from the Cornish Seaweed Company, a small and sustainable business based in the South-West.
Organic Carrots
We use organic carrots, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Organic Onions
We use whole organic onions, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint
Organic Apples
We use organic apples, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Organic Ginger
We use organic ginger, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.
Turmeric
Turmeric is a deep, golden-orange spice known for adding colour, flavour and nutrition to foods.
Brown Rice Miso Paste
Having been brewed in Japan since the 8th Century, miso is a carefully balanced blend of fermented whole soya beans and brown rice.

Product Information
Cooking Instructions
Hob: Pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.
Microwave: Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave for 1 min before sipping.

Storage Info
Your broths will be delivered chilled.
You can cook them straight from the box, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive or, alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.
Please always check the use by date.
After freezing, defrost fully in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, it is extremely hard for us to recall it or delay delivery, due to the nature of our broths being delivered chilled. There must be somebody in to accept delivery on the chosen delivery date and, if not, then the broths are left in a safe space by our courier as they cannot be taken away and re-delivered at a later date.
