Made using free-range, 100% organic British Chicken bones and British spring water, this two-star Great Taste Award-winning broth is a celebrated customer favourite. Lovingly created in small batches in our London kitchen, our recipe features at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs and a touch of carefully selected seasonings.
Slowly simmered for 24-hours to gently extract all the flavour and nutrients, our chicken broth guarantees a deeply rich, comforting umami hit in every single batch.
Beautifully versatile, whether sipped from a mug, slurped from a bowl of noodles or splashed into your favourite recipes as a stock, you’ll be amazed how much a proper traditional broth can add flavour to your home-cooked meals. Spring Water
The mineral-rich spring water used in our broths is drawn from an underground spring in Fillongley, rural Warwickshire, and bottled at source
Organic Chicken Bones
We work with Soil Association suppliers to source all of our ethically reared free-range chicken. We use organic feed and avoid unnecessary medicines or antibiotics
Organic Carrots
We use whole organic carrots, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint
Organic Onions
We use whole organic onions, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
We use unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar from Somerset that contains the nutrient-rich mother.
Organic Black Peppercorns
We use punchy and flavourful black peppercorns that are sourced using sustainable methods.

Ingredients
Spring Water, Organic Chicken Bones, Organic Carrots, Organic Onions, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Black Peppercorns, Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Whole Thyme, Organic Bay Leaves.
Cooking Instructions
Hob: Pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.
Microwave: Pour into a microwaveable bowl or mug. 5mins at 900W, stir halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave for 1 min before sipping.

Storage Info
Your broths will be delivered chilled.
You can cook them straight from the box, you can pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive or, alternatively, you can freeze them at home and enjoy them at a later date.
Please always check the use by date.
After freezing, defrost fully in the fridge and use within 24 hours.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
We deliver Tuesday – Saturday.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched, it is extremely hard for us to recall it or delay delivery, due to the nature of our broths being delivered chilled. There must be somebody in to accept delivery on the chosen delivery date and, if not, then the broths are left in a safe space by our courier as they cannot be taken away and re-delivered at a later date.
