1 leek, ends chopped off and finely sliced
1 tsp Sichuan flower peppers (or use normal dried chilli flakes)
2 cm of fresh ginger, peeled
1 clove of garlic
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
handful of cooked prawns
½ pouch Borough Broth Co. Organic Apple, Miso and Seaweed Bone Broth
splash of tamari or soy sauce
1 tbs of rice vinegar
Made with British organic seaweed, organic brown rice miso and organic apples. We've also added ginger and turmeric with black pepper to create our first ever "boneless" broth.
