Create Broth Cubes

A favourite in the Borough Broth team, these broth cubes are so easy to make but are ridiculously versatile. All you need to do is grab your pouch of preference, cook it, cool it, then pour it into an ice cube tray. Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight if possible, and voila!

You’ve now got access to a whole tray of delicious icy brothy goodness that will cool you down in the heat. Throw them in smoothies, iced coffee or even your favourite cocktail for some quick cooling action.

Fill up on broth lollies
