Our Proper Beef Gravy starts with our slow-simmered beef bone broth, made from organic, grass-fed beef. We fold in a handful of herby goodness and finish it with a generous splash of organic red wine, letting time and care do the rest.

The result is a rich, glossy gravy with the kind of depth that only real ingredients can give you. This is what proper gravy is supposed to taste like.

Organic Beef Bone Broth

Borough Broth Organic Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth, slow-simmered for 24 hours in our London kitchen.

Organic Parsnips

We use whole organic parsnips, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Gluten-Free Flour

A blend of rice, potato, tapioca and maize flours, to thicken our gravy without any gluten.

Organic Onions

We use whole organic onions, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint

Organic Leeks

We use whole organic leeks, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Ground Black Pepper

We use punchy and flavourful black peppercorns sourced using sustainable methods.

Cooking Instructions

Hob - pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.

Microwave - pour into a microwavable bowl or jug, 5 mins at 900W, stir halfway through, ensure piping hot, leave 1 minute before pouring.

Storage Info

Keep refrigerated, use by the use-by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase for up to 6 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one day.
