Our Proper Chicken Gravy starts with our slow-simmered chicken bone broth, made from organic, free-range chicken. We fold in a handful of herby goodness and finish it with a splash of organic white wine, building a rich, glossy gravy with a lighter, brighter depth.

Organic Chicken Bone Broth

Borough Broth Organic Free-Range Chicken Bone Broth, slow-simmered for 24 hours in our London kitchen.

Organic Onions

We use whole organic onions, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint

Organic Carrots

We use whole organic carrots, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint

Organic White Wine

We add a splash of organic white wine, adding a subtle brightness that lifts the gravy.

Gluten-Free Flour

A blend of rice, potato, tapioca and maize flours, to thicken our gravy without any gluten.

Organic Garlic

We use organic garlic, sourced locally when in season and, when out of season, from the nearest available countries to limit our carbon footprint.

Organic Ground Black Pepper

We use punchy and flavourful black pepper, sourced using sustainable methods.

Cooking Instructions

Hob - pour into a pan, bring to the boil until piping hot.

Microwave - pour into a microwavable bowl or jug, 5 mins at 900W, stir halfway through, ensure piping hot, leave 1 minute before pouring.

Storage Info

Keep refrigerated, use by the use-by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase for up to 6 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one day.
